Search Process

 

Sullivan Staffing Strategies is exclusively retained to assist in attracting the best-qualified candidates to support the business objectives of our clients. Each assignment is handled in the following manner.

We initiate the search by conducting on site interviews with hiring management and members of Human Resources to fully understand the position requirements.

We then utilize an extensive sourcing process to identify specific candidates. We consult with industry associations, publications, and association members. We make discreet inquires among our executive network to obtain recommendations for specific potential candidates. We also contact targeted companies, industry experts, suppliers, and customers within the specific occupation segment.
Prospective candidates are then screened against the specific requirements for the position.

A small number of candidates are then selected for further screening and appraisal. Prior to meeting these candidates they are reviewed with the client to insure they are highly qualified.

We then conduct personal interviews along with the client or on behave of the client to further explore qualifications, interest and availability.

We conduct discreet reference checks on all finalist candidates and assist with offer negotiations if needed.

Regular progress reports are supplied to the client throughout the search process.
